Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of joergen. Pours a cloudy amber with an off-white head. Phenols dominate the nose with a fruit background. Medium body, a strange tart fruitiness again with some phenols and an almost medicinal herbal character. No hops. 030511

Bottle from La Mise en Bière, Lausanne
Cloudy dark amber color, with a medium-sized creamy head. Aroma of dark malts, partially sour. It has good body strength; sweet flavor, of malt; low bitterness. Unfortunately there is some suspicious sourness; it has some potential, but it’s flawed.
