Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of fiulijn. Pours a clear yellow. White wine aroma, only a little honey. Medium body, fruity, again notes of cheap white wine, again very little honey. Cheap. 230311

Bottled. A yellow mead. The aroma has notes of honey, vitamins, and wax. The flavor is sweet with notes of honey, lemon, and flowers, leading to a dry alcoholic finish. Thanks fiulijn for sharing.

Purchased from another Imkerei at the Frankfurt Weihnachtsmarkt, Batch L0244
Finally one Met that doesn’t seem to be produced by Krischer. Blond color. Very light plastic aroma, alcohol, perfume. The flavor is sweet without being syrupy; sweet sap, not necessarily honey; light alcohol warmth. Too simple.
