We utilised Rice in the grist to give that super clean, crisp body and also put a Mancunian spin on it with some Manchester Honey. The sugars just fermented out but give it a beautiful, delicate floral character with a touch of dryness. You are going to have to pry this away from us... Fill the pool, let's dive in and drink it all
