Lovely shining caramel golden color with a fine tan head. Ok lacing. Looks good. Good intensity in the aroma. Just some unpleasant buttery notes. Medium (+) body and a fine carbonation level. Ok balance between sweetness and bitterness. The flavor stays for a decent time in the back of my mouth. Toffee, butter, wort and herbal flavor. Where did all the Chinook go?

Pours a dark amber, just a slight haze, topped with a very big off white head. Nice retention. Bicuity malt aroma with some bready notes. Taste follows. Malty sweetness upfront, nice white bread feel to it with very gentle bitterness in the finish. Medium body, a bit sticky feel. Untypical, but tastes nice.

Bottled from order by bottle section at Systembolaget, sampled on March 9, 2016.Hazy copper color, yellow head. Rubbery phenolic, red apples, strange scent. Applesauce, bitter taste. Metallic aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel, medium bitterness.Fairly flawed and unbalanced, not a good experience.
