Collab brew with Klere Boght brewery from the Netherlands.
Two whisky barrels from "lady of the glen" were chosen to age the stout in.
Then all the adjuncts were added. Cocoa, vanilla pods, toasted coconut and the dreaded Tonka beans.

Есть какао, ваниль, сухость от шоколада, нотки прям несквика в который добавили немного вискаря на хорошей бочке. В целом хорошо, но сладости хочется немного больше.

Can at home, 25th January 25. Pours a thick oil black stout. Aroma is complex, dark chocolate, roasted malts, liquorice, coconut, barrel and liquor. Taste is dark chocolate, roasted malts, wood and liquor with coconut, some peat, nicely balanced and not too sweet. Great again

Can at home. Jet black with a dark brown head. Aroma as vanilla and chocolate with whiskey. Rich sweet and slightly smoke. More sweet chocolate to finish. Rich full body.
