Keg at the Brewery. A hazed golden orange coloured pour with a thin white head. Aroma is funky tangy yoghurt, granny smith apple, doughy wheat, vanilla. Flavour is composed of tangy sharpness, musty fusty funk, lemon rind, slight staling doughy grains. Bitter pithy lemon rind lingers. Palate is medium light bodied, moderate carbonation, tangy. Maybe a bit of butyric but Iā€™m not very sensitive to it.
