YG. Pale golden color with white bubbles. Aroma and flavor is apple, funk, yeast, yellow apple.

Bottle, 75cl, from the farm shop. Lightly funky and sweet. Hints of diacetyl and autolysis. Yellow apple and pear, hints of leaves and freshly sawed off branches. Overall, too much on the sweet side for me, but nice anyway. Quite complex too. 646312 260712
