A classic full-bodied chocolate peanut butter porter with a smooth, dry finish & just enough hops to balance aromas & flavors of roasted malt, chocolate, & rich peanut butter. One sip and you will…exclaim the name!

Had this at the Summer NOVA BrewFest. It’s a gimmick, and I was in the mood for a gimmick. Poured a dark brown color, with a medium sized tan-like head. Aroma was some peanuts, with plenty of chocolate notes. Flavor had peanut, chocolate characteristics. Bitter and hoped for a bit more "peanut butter" notes. Glad it wasn’t a booze bomb, which made this a lot more refreshing than it could have been if they upped the malt notes.

Not normally something I’d go for, but for a buck 99, why not? Bottle. Murky dark brown color, thick beige head. Aroma of peanut butter cups dipped is espresso. Taste is more harsh, bitter and burned peanuts and unsweetened cocoa. It is what it is.
