Nice & dark. Looks like darker iced tea. Clean sterile aroma. Good initial co2. Slight astringent bitterness immediately greets my tongue. Yes, a mild tartness exists and then its followed by vanilla. That sharp bitterness becomes so apparent its the only thing I seem to notice. Yes, except for the astringent thing, this is Ok.
