Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a bright yellow-apricot color with a large creamy whit head that left good lacing. The aroma was sweetish, tangy and a bit yeasty with faint fruitiness. The flavor was sweet, yeasty, tangy and fruity with some table sugar. Medium finish. Medium body. Easy drinking and crushable.

Imperial kolsch? Lemon pale yellow. Nice lacing. Neutral aroma. Flavors of hay with bolstering pils sharpness. Yes. old country pils comes to mind with this. Finish is bitter and almost goes astringent.
