Big thanks to Linus Stick for the heads up on this. That Patrick’s pub has really morphed into a decent beer sampling place! This was on tap and it had a very pretty rose look about it. The tart aroma was barely perceivable. First taste is simply DEE-LISH. Yes, one of the better tart beers I’ve had brewed in my local area. This is SOOOOOO good. But hey, I like atrt beers and this is tart, yummy. Not enough heavy sour to make you pucker but fer sure it is just a little more than a rodenbach, so good. Fun, enjoyable, like-able, tart, perfectly balanced tart wild beer, just plain great. I really liked this. THIS ROCKS! Nice job NC!

Sampled on draft this beer poured a pink-red color with a small foamy pink-white head that left no lacing. The aroma was faintly with notes of chalk and vague berries. The flavor was sour, tart and dry with berry and chalk notes. Long finish. Medium body but a touch flat. Meh.
