Sample at the CCBW Six One Pour festival on 05/20/2017. Clear amber-orange color with a thin off-white head that dissipates quickly to a wispy film. Short strings of lacing. Citrus, hops and malt aroma. Light-bodied with flavors of grapefruit, grassy hops and malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a short fruity hop aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.

Nice lacing. Has a slight BO aroma so common with the mosaic hop. Pale and not as bitter as I was expecting. Gentlemanlike in mannerism. Easy going APA. Much better than expected. Quite nice and civilized for a hopped ale. Fiinish is mild grapefruit. Not bad, it never gets in yer face and it’s not trying to be an IPA and I like that.
