New: bout the same. perhaps a little better smelling. Old: Barely any smell. Large and in charge from the start. Taste is viscous alky feel. Big & dull. Yes, did I say whew? Thick difficult double ipa feel on this. All round this is a bitter mouth coating finish. Over the top fer sure, what else can be said except its terribly on style.

12 ounce bottle from Beer Run. Clear golden, lots of floating particles. Large foamy off-white head, good retention. Aroma of strong grapefruit, orange and lime, pale malt and a bit of toastiness. The taste is grapefruit, lime, pine, tangerine, pale malt. Medium bodied, lingering bitterness, well balanced.

Bottle sample at Norm’s Beer & Wine. Hazy yellow with off-white head. Aromas of floral, grapefruit citrus and peel, some pine. Tastes of big floral, citrus fruit and peel, a little grass and pine. Nice surprise from DuClaw.
