Sampled on draft at the brewery this beer poured a orange caramel color with a large foamy orange white head that lingered and left excellent lacing. The aroma was sweet fruits and sour malts. The flavor was sweet fruity hops and sour malts. Medium length finish. Medium body. Pleasant.

This one was called the stache red rye. Tap, Bocktown. Actually very dark brown, more like a rootbeer. Clean beery smell, no hint of anything but fresh beer. Nice creamy head provides decent lacing. Mild leathery roasty taste bud impressions. Smooth and easy going. Not bad, much better than expected. No hint of nasty, I wannah be an IPA, rye feel to this one, civilized with manners.
