Keg at the brewpub, North Park SD, 15/11/14. Lightly hazed golden with a moderte off white cap. Nose is pine, grapefruit, light spice, bitter citric fumes. Taste comprises sweet licks, pine needle, apricot, orange pith, red grapefruit, punchy mango flesh. Medium + body, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent enough DIPA - enjoyed this one.

Hazy golden with a small white head. Hoppy aroma of peach and pine with quite a bit of bready malt as well. Sweet, hoppy flavour with bready malt, a touch of caramel and notable alcohol. Quite bitter, but a little cloying

A small, off-white head forms over a more or less clear orange-golden body. The aroma has lots of wonderful piney and citrusy hops, nicely balanced against the maltyness in the back. Some alcohol can be detected too. There’s a pretty intense bitterness in the flavor, with some alcohol and sweetish malts, and a good hoppy flavor of grapefruit, pine cones and some orange peel. Full body, pleasant carbonation, and quite warming on the palate. Lasting finish. A bit too warming this one, but sure nice anyway. 140118
