Sampled on draft this beer poured a black color with a large fluffy dark brown head that left good lacing. The aroma was roasty with coffee and lactose. The flavor was roasty with wood, coffee, lactose and a bit of a medicinal note. Long finish. Moderately full bodied. Ok.

On the cold weather Pgh tour of winter 2015 spring at bocktown robinson, part 2. Big and black. Has a slight coffee aroma on it. Pretty good co2 for a darker beer. Taste is milk stout but stronger milk stout. Quite acceptable. In the end has a roasty aftertaste all round.
