Sampled on draft this cider poured a pale yellow color with a huge soapy white head that faded quickly and left no lacing. The aroma was sweet tannin and apple flesh. The flavor was sweet apple flesh followed by apple peel and a bit of mustiness and apricot. Lon sweet apple finish. Light to medium body. Solid.

From a bottle smells pretty good. Taste is quite refreshing, not lots of fermented sugars but enough to keep it from tasting like my own homemade cider. Yes, does not come across as strong as the 7% would indicate. Good carbonation and I think I sense of tad of that waxy ice cider thing, just a tad mind you. Yes, OK by me. Does have a mildly good kick in the brain on the finish of the bottle. Quite enjoyable.

Sample at Hal & Al’s during the Pumpkin Beer Tasting on 10/15/2013: Slightly hazy apple cider color with a minimal white head and spotty lacing. Aroma of apples and spices. Light to medium body with flavors of mildly tart apples, cinnamon and malt. The finish is dry and fruity with a lightly tart apple aftertaste. Decent overall.
