Brewed with organic peaches and Ardennes yeast, this devilishly delicious Belgian strong boasts a beautiful golden orange colour and bright nose. The high alcohol is sinfully hidden under soft notes of ripe peaches and a subtle bitterness can be found on the palate.

Golden color, hazy. The aroma is perfumy, with fruity esters; the flavor is just moderately sweet; I don’t believe this is almost 10%, it tastes like 5%. Non descriptive malt flavor, a lot of fruity esters from the yeast, a stone fruit character that is not so clearly peach, lowish bitterness.
Anonymous beer, but not bad.

On tap at St. Augustine's, pours a clear copper golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of fruity esters, though wouldn't necessarily guess peaches, along with lots of Belgian yeast and residual sweetness. Flavour is not as sweet as expected, with a fair amount of fruity esters upfront, moderate sweetness and fairly prominent but not too intrusive alcohol. Nothing very complex going on here and it certainly doesn't come across as authentic Belgian strong ale, but it has no discernible flaws. Okay.
