We used wet hops from UBC Farm. Rye adds a bite that balances the earthyness from the wet hops.

Draught at the brewery
Cloudy blond color, opaque. Aroma of wheat bread, light yeast. It has a quite strong spicy character, that be the yeast or the rye; resiny, abrasive hopping, leading to a metallic and astringent final, with some yeast too.
I dare saying, wrong boil (time or temperature).
Imprecise homebrew like all beers here so far.

On tap at Faculty, pours a hazy copper with a small white head. Aroma brings out spicy earthy rye, some leafy hops and biscuity malt. Flavour is very earthy, with earthy hops, medium spiciness, and dry biscuity malt. Very earthy finish, with light astringency and no residual sweetness. Decent.
