Ever heard of a Graf or Apple Ale? It is very common in Olde London, and quite delicious when we do it here in the states. This concotion, made in collaboration with Schilling Cider in honor of Seattle Cider Week, is part Schilling London Dry and part Rooftop Gateway Dry-Hopped Pale. Together they are delicious and refreshing!

On tap at Rooftop, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out a nice floral dry hop character upfront, with subtle dry apples. Flavour is bizarre, with rotting apple core and dry floral hops. The rotting apple core really fucks this up, making this rather undrinkable. No good.
