I thought Justin was the coolest person in the world, but any who.....on tap at the bocktown. The best out of 7 I drank. Nice job CB! Mild easy fun. No real pepper in the smell or in the taste. Just gentle easy nice beer experiences. Nice to have a beer that’s not laden with hops. Cool refreshing. Kind easy finish, very lovely real beer experience.

Sampled on draft at Hou Thou this beer poured a cloudy peach color with a small foamy white head that faded quickly and left no lacing. The aroma was pepper, lemon and a bit of bread and must. The flavor was pepper, lemon and cracker with a bitter, tart and astringent presence and an undertone of dust. Long bitter tart and astringent lemon and pepper finish. Medium body. Meh.
