Cask (handpump) @ Angel, 6 Angel Street, Manchester, Greater Manchester, England M4 4BR.Clear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, pale malt, sweet malt, marzipan malt, fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, sweet sugary malt, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20130126]
