Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a cloudy dark orange color with a medium sized foamy orange-white head that left excellent lacing. The aroma was tart with pine, grapefruit, lemon and a hint of medicine. The flavor was tangy and sweet with pine, lemon and hint of floral hops and medicine. Long finish. Medium body and fairly smooth. Ok.

First let me say that I detest this style but it was there, so i tasted it. If you like IPA, this is probably more like a 4 in your book, its terribly on style. Cloudy dirty yellow. Mild aroma of your favorite mates BO right after good sex, and that is a good thing. Not sure about what makes these recent hop varieties have that smell. Quite palatable at first but that just lulls you in. IT evolves into something more offensive IPA style. Yes, some taste bud roto-tilling going on here. I must say, if you like this style, put it on your bucket list. Nothing more impressive to the girlie tste buds than fresh wholesome sustainable IPA. A little easier for me to take than most IPA. Does not ever tread into the IIPA ranks.
