Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a hazy yellow-golden color with a small foamy white head that left a bit of lacing. The aroma was dryish, musty bred crusts and tart apricot pits. The flavor was dry, bready and musty with tart apricot and pit. Medium length finish. Medium body. Ok.

Surprizingly better than expected, better than yer average fruit beer. Yes, has a mild apricot perfumy aroma. First taste is hints of sulfer, weew, then that wears off. I think to myself, isn’t that what I think when I bite into a fresh ripe apricot? Yes! Although better than most fruit beers, that typical dull, unsweetened fruit thing kicks in. Dull apricots, please bring in some sugar? No, not there. Good sizzle during its presentation and this finishes with the taste of unsweetened apricot Kool-Aid powder.
