Appearance - 4 | Aroma - 5 | Flavor - 5 | Texture - 4 | Overall - 6.5
A better smelling and tasting sorghum beer. Cloudy vanilla in color. Surprizingly there is no bandaid smell to this. Does have a slight tartness to it and I like that. On top of the tartness I am surpized how well the hops appear in this. Mild, seems like less than 5%.
