Sampled from a 750 ml clear bottle this mead poured an orange brown color with a trace soapy white head that faded instantly and left no lacing. The aroma was faint and bready. The flavor was sweet with plum, caramel and a bit of tobacco. Medium length finish. Moderately full bodied. Meh.

From a bottle at beaver brewing. Very sweet like any mead. Yes honey arom aprevails with a tad of caramel. No fizz. Just flat and smooth on the palate, coating effect. Nice. Sweet finish, easy.
