Sampled at the meadery this mead poured a yellow gold color. The aroma was sweetish apple peel and cider. The flavor was sweet cinnamon apple, apple peel, sugar, yeast and a hint dusty. Long finish. Full bodied. Well done

Sample at the tasting room. Clear pale yellow-gold color with decent legs on the glass. Aroma of cinnamon and apple. Full-bodied with flavors of honey, apples and cinnamon. The finish is sweet with an apple pie aftertaste. Different than the Brothers Drake version, decent overall.

from a bottle at vintage, nice place. yellow and clear. aroma of french fry oil. cannnot detect apple. just slight fruity medicicne. ok, not bad overall. best crafted mead so far imho.
