Draft. Cloudy pale yellow. Frothy white head. Aroma of banana, toasted grain, lemon. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet, lightly bitter and lightly tart. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Banana, light clove, bubble gum taste. Light chalkiness in the finish.

[ As Very Nice Steffie Heffe ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, yeast, light clove. Flavour is moderate sweet and light light bitter with a average to long duration, wheat, yeasty, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20140118]

A clear, golden beer with a small, white head. Strange aroma with some cellary notes and cloves. Peach hints. The flavor has some banana and lemon, but not much. A touch of pale malts too. Some bitterness both in the initial flavor and the finish. There’s not much resembling a hefeweizen with this one, but there’s no real flaws either. Except it’s superbly boring. 140118
