On tap at the bocktown, but I don’t think it was imperial. Yes, a nice little reddish orange looking beer. A simple clean beery aroma makes my mouth water. No head per se. Decent co2. From strt to finsih this goes down easy. Friendly, and mannered. Some very mild bitterness, just enough to let you know its beer. Best of the bunch I tasted at bocktown today. Never over the top like so many beers today. Finish is easy going and smooth. Like able. Nice job CBW! Very nice.

Sampled on draft at Smokin’ Joe’s this beer poured a dark caramel color with a medium sized creamy beige head that lingered and produced great lacing. The aroma was very faint sweet cherries, pear, caramel and alcohol. The flavor was tangy with light candied fruit, sugar, nut and alcohol. The finish was long, nutty, fruity and had lingering sugar and alcohol. Thick and syrupy body. The booziness really detracts. Ok.
