I eas a little dissapointed in this after tasting their traditional meade. Has a sweet aroma but nothing like the traditional. Clear and pale yellow. More bitter than I care for. Not sure if hops belong in meade or not, very distracting. Weird and unique to say the least. Of course, this stuff is totally flat, like hopped wine. Would do better to add other sweet things into this mead instead of hops. Not impressed.
