Sampled from a 375ml clear bottle this mead poured a very pale yellow color with a trace soapy white head that faded instantly and left no lacing. The aroma was sweet and tangy with honey, vague fruitiness and a boozy presence. The flavor was sweet honey, sugar, butterscotch, golden fruit, tannin and caramel. Very long finish. Full bodied. Disappointing.

A nice big 4 oz sample from a bottle at robinson bocktown. Very yummy mouth watering sweet aroma. Clear and pale, Smooth mouth coating meade, of course rather winelike. This stuff is totally flat. Much better than expected. Easy and friendly. Like able and mannered. After tasting many meades, this stuff was not too bad.
