Pours up with a clear gold body that supports a near white head of foam. The moderate aroma offers up citrus and spicy and a bit grassy hop bitterness with resiny notes coming through on a bigger draw. The taste is nice and crisp with snappy grapefruit, orange peel and bits of spicy dank onion like hops that have a brief splash of flavor before it gets into a pleasing degree of bitterness. To midway the hops attain a nice resiny edge just as a thin stream of malt sweetness and faint slightly roasted maltiness shoulder their way to the surface. As I contemplate this crisp snappy refreshing brew I start to notice a bit more spicy dank earthy onion like hoppy goodness coming through and add additional depth and interest. Fist rate Pale here.
