Polycask @ NWAF 2013, National Winter Ales Festival, The Venue, Sheridan Suite, Manchester, England.ABV: 6.5%. Clear medium yellow color with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate apple, sweet apple, honey, sharp, mustard. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, dry, sharp, apples. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. [20130124]
