Loam is the soil that is found in the Augusta AVA about 30 minutes west of our brewery. This American Viticultural Area is the home of the Missouri Norton Grapes we used to showcase a harmony of our Missouri Saison with Missouri Wine Fruit. We treated this beer with the beautiful fruit to extract the delicate flavors and aromatics before allowing it to naturally condition in this bottle for several months and then sharing it with you.

2022 harvest. Deep red-purple body, stained pink head. Grape tone is big and delicious. Not unlike the flavors Cantillon explores. So grape forward it sort of masks the saison tone to me. Pleasantly sour. Really good.

Bottle at SP Cellar. Pours a dark purple ruby with medium pink head that lasts. The aroma is wood, grape skin, yeast. Slick body, jammy, vinous, wood, nice tartness, balanced, enjoyed this.
