Draft. Rich amber beer with a cream head. Light malt aroma. Light malt flavor with light grain and light citrus. Lighter bodied. Light malt and light grain lingers with light lemon.

Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a clear deep copper body that supports a light tan head. The aroma offers up nice nuttiness and roasted malts as well as a thin layer of sweet malts. The taste delivers pleasing roasted malts and nuttiness and a sliver of earthy wet tobacco that is hitting the spot right now. Behind the malts lurks faint spicy to earthy to pine hop bitterness. This comes together very well as each of the flavors creates a pleasing level of harmony. I will drink this again anytime.

Clear medium to light dark amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, dark malt, nutty notes. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a average duration, sweet sugary malt, earthy notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20131111]

Hazy dark orange with a small offwhite head. Aroma of malt, yeast, sweet fruity, light sourness. Flavor is malt, bakers yeast, light caramel, little sweet fruit. Thin to medium body, soft carbonation. 111113

Draft at Angel’s Trumpet. Paired nicely with me Mushroom flatbread. Pours clear copper with light earthy caramel nose. tastes simply of light malt, caramel, nutty, and metal. ok yet kinda boring amber
