The Spring Brew varies year-to-year. The back label should state what style it is, so make sure you rate the correct style!

Brewed with pilsner and wheat malt, along with Saaz and East Kent Golding hops. Authentic Belgian Ardennes yeast give it a true Belgian flavor.

Date code 021507. From twist off bottle pours fairly clear tho lots of sediment on bottle bottom. Has a dougy metallic aroma. Taste is old lager and somewhat creamy. Has a wild hair about it lurking in the background. Yez, old lager flavors aafter each sip. Weird flavor for a belgian white, must be the 7% alky in there. Warming sensation in the gullet. My bottle says dominion spring brew ale brewed with spices (cardomom, coriander) specialty ale.

Bottle. Slightly hazy amber boy with lots of carbonation. Large rocky off-white head. Sweet highly spiced fruity aroma. Highly spiced flavor which hides any other flavors.

Bottle. Light hazy color, thin white head. Aroma is that of spices. Flavor is pretty mild, with notable spice flavor in there as well. Not as good as last years outting for the Spring Brew, but decent.
