Slightly cloudy with a scummy looking head. Clean fresh aroma. A tad tart on the onset with a mildly bitter background; never becomes hop offensive yet retains the fact that it does contain hops. Very mild co2 on the palate. Yez, it is a bit bitter but it never gets in yer face. The hop effect fades quickly after each slug. In this age of big beers this is a refershing alternative. I’ve had other North Country beers that have a low alky content and they are always pretty decent. Goes down easy and this was a good beer tasting experience; good job NC!
