Sampled on draft at the Harmony Inn this beer poured a cloudy vibrant golden color with a large fluffy orange-white head that left decent lacing. The aroma was sweet lavender, honey and bread. The flavor was sweet honey, golden fruit, bread, lavender and bergamot. Medium length finish. Lavender grows. Moderately full bodied and smooth. Interesting.

Looks like a cloudy hefe. Does have a mild beldgy yeast aroma, can’t smell any lavender in there. Weird yeasty effect on the palate initially. YEs, that beldgy yeast thing I think is a little overdone. Not quite as refined as the real belgian abbeys but a good try. Some mild sizzle. Finish is a little less than expected.
