On tap at a wedding. Pours a dark reddish hue, clear, with a thin tan head. The aroma is mostly sweet berries and some light grain. Quite a surprising flavor with tart fruit alongside more common light berries and earthy malts. Not sure what to make of this, it comes in between a Berliner and a light Hefe with fruit, very good. Lots of wheat.

Sampled on draft this beer poured a dark red-tan color with a large foamy beige head that lingered and left good lacing. The aroma was light tangy sugar and vague berry. The flavor was tart and tangy with a vague berry and sugar presence. The finish was medium length berry and sugar. Medium body. Disappointing.

NEW: had again, not quite as good as the first but still pretty good. OLD RATING:Yes, this stuff is a vivid cluster when poured, pink almost gushing foaming little globules in cloudy pour, quite a sight! Clean berry aroma. For taste this stuff almost comes off as a wild yeast. Could almost say this is near lambic, berliner or sour. Tart backbone with a medium pleasannt fruity feel. Very interesting texture on the palate. Very good fine sizzle to the tongue. Much better than most fruit beers. May I say again this brew looks deliteful in the glass when poured, very active an asthetic. Well done, hope they can duplicate this in the next batch.
