on tap-tan-amber. A-an off tart character, some chocolate-med malt. T-follows. Maybe a consistency issue as there are some solid rates for this beer too. But, that’s not what I had.

Shared a pint at the Weasel Boy brewpub. Poured a medium-brown color with a medium sized white head. Aroma was light, mild, sweet malts, with a touch of nut to it. Flavor was light malts, a bit of nutty roast character to it, pretty enjoyable. Clean and crisp, very refreshing brew.

Yes, I really like mild brews and I liked this one. Very little mild aroma. Nice darker yellow hazy brown. Creamy thin head. Good creamy light roasted flavors. Very likable brew. Goes down easy. Not a whole lotta carbonation but this one was gone before I knew it.

Sample at the brewpub. Pours a mostly clear dark brown color with amber around the edges. Medium thin beige head that diminishes steadily. Sticky sheet of lacing on the glass. The aroma is mildly malty with some fruit and nuts. Medium, smooth body with flavors of roasted malt and nuts along with a touch of hops. The finish is sweet and roasty with a short-lived malt aftertaste. Pretty average overall, although very easy to drink session ale.

On tap Weasel Boy Brewing Zanesville, OH. Pours out a nice brown topped with a small head. Aroma of a nice roast malt and some nuts. Tast was more of the roast malt some sweetness and a little wood.
