Bottle. Pours a black color with a small tan head. Has a roasted malty chocolate and caramel aroma with hints of licorice. Roasted malty chocolate, licorice and weak coffee flavor. Has a roasted malty chocolate and caramel finish.

DØE. Very dark brown with small beige head. Aroma is roasted malts, chocolate, coffee and liquorice. Flavour is roasted malts, chocolate, coffee, little smoke, little meat, medium sweet and a little bitter.

Sample @ DØE. Nice head with good duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are dry roast malt, chocolate, coffee, wood and hops.

Bottled. A black beer with a huge dark brown head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt and chocolate. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, smoke, and chocolate, leading to a dry roasted finish.

50 cl bottle at Bryggens Ølbar. Pours dark brown to black with a huge tan head. Aroma is roasted dark malt and light yeasty. Thick malty, hardroasted acidic. Liqourice and light ashtray note. Bitter, dark roasted and dense chocolate dark malty. Solid carbonation. Almost tarish dark roasted into the finish. Bitter and thick, bone dry and dark roasted finish.
