Sunken Knave visited Otherworld to create their own take on the classic Scottish 80 Shilling style. Rich in crystal and caramalts and hopped with plenty of Ernest at the end of the boil this is an amber ale of great flavour.
Brewed with an old yeast strain from Born Brewery in the Scottish Borders with a little Belgian Abbaye yeast to bring out the classic dark fruit flavours.

Cask at The Green Goddess, Blackheath Royal Standard. Reddish brown pour with an off white head. Aromas of bonfire toffee, cola, caramel, brown sugar. Flavours of bonfire toffee, butterscotch, caramel, more brown sugar. Sweet malty finish.
