Cask (handpump) @ Microbar, Market Hall, Arndale Centre, Manchester, Greater Manchester, England M4 2HU.Clear medium brown amber color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, spicy, cumin - cumin seeds. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, spicy bitter, allspice, clove, dusty spices. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130125]
