Can sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Black. Butterscotch, caramel, vanilla, wood, dulce de leche, nuts, sweet, full-bodied.

Can from Eltham Wines. Black pour with a wispy dark tan head. Chocolate nut,cola, oak, caramel aromas. Gullet caressing flavours of bourbon, oak, chocolate caramel, nuts, cola, sweet tobacco. Beautifully balanced. Rich, oaky warming finish. Exquisite.
