With a burst of mouth-watering tartness, PEACH FIZZ has a medium body, high effervescence and the lightest touch of sea salt on the finish.
We used Lallemand Brewing's Philly Sour Yeast for this brew as it brings a refreshing acidity and additional notes of stone fruits and citrus to compliment the flavours of Peach and Apricot. Expect a light touch of Orange and Melon from the Mandarina Bavaria & Huell Melon Hops.

On tap at The Green Goddess, Blackheath. Hazy yellow pour with a white head. Peach, apricot & zesty orange aromas. Similar action in the taste. Tart, dry 'n' fruity finish.
