Refreshing, semi-dry and full of goodness. A DDH Simcoe and Bru-1 fuelled pale. Brewed with less hazy yeast strain for some hop showcasing.

Can at The Rusty Bucket, Eltham. Hazy gold pour with a white head. Nose is lemongrass, grapefruit, lime. Crisp bitter citrusy taste. Quite hoppy. Refreshing little number.
