We named our Amber Ale after Miami’s most recognizable landmark, sometimes referred to as the “Ellis Island of the South” for its historical association with the local Cuban-American population.

Light citrus and a little caramel. Comes together pretty well for style. Easy drinking and understated like string bikinis. Amber pour with decent head and lacing. Tap at Four Seasons at a work conference.
