Freedom Tower Amber is a malt-forward ale that features lush flavors of toffee, caramel, and toast.

Classic American hops and our house yeast strain give this beer a refined fruity aroma reminiscent of stone fruits.

Clean bitterness and a dry finish keep this medium-bodied ale very drinkable.

The story of American Amber Ale is one of pioneering and freedom. Developed by innovative American Craft brewers on the West Coast, few styles of beer encompass such a wide range of interpretations.

We named our Amber Ale after Miami’s most recognizable landmark, sometimes referred to as the “Ellis Island of the South” for its historical association with the local Cuban-American population.

12oz can picked up at Total Wine.
Pours clear dark amber with a medium sized off-white head, light lacing. Caramel malts, bready, pine, citrus, spicy hops.
Good.

Can while on vacation in Florida - nicely executed American amber, with a leading hop spiciness that gradually fades into a bready malt presence before finishing with a little spicy rye - pretty clean - nothing too standout, but I can see this pairing really well with fresh Florida seafood.

Can at High Tide Harry's. I'm a little surprised at the modest ratings here, but then maybe not, even beer geeks don't always appreciate the subtlety of a nice amber ale. But I like how this was done. It features a good hop presence, citrus and resin aromatics blend well with a good caramel malt presence, fairly well balanced at finish. I think once upon a time a beer like this could have just been called a traditional pale ale, before such were associated with lighter malts. Either way, its a good beer for drinking, for accompanying food, whatever you want.

Tap at new Pizza Press in my neighborhood. Fine amber pour nice hue. Nose is caramel and toast. Tastes of molasses, toast, hint of red fruit, caramel. Lighter bodied. Easy drinking.

Copper color with lasting small head. A little sweet floral aroma. Taste is caramel, malty sweet with just enough hop bitterness to add some balance. Gets sweeter as it warms. Excellent.

11.2 oz. bottle. Pours a clear dark amber color with a giant, persistent off-white head. Lots of carbonation. Spotty lacing. Acidic caramel aroma. Taste matches the nose. Clean caramel malt flavor with a slight acidic finish (from the citrus?). Okay. Forgettable. It does improve with each sip.

Draft at the Eau Resort seaside bar. Poured a clear, slightly hazy dark amber color with a small tan head. Aroma was some light cracker, very mild earthy and floral hop notes. Easy to drink. Light citrus.

Draught @ MIA. Hazy dark amber with a thin head. Looks pretty dull. Light caramel and crackery malt. Low bitterness. Touch of tartness as well, which is a bit wonky. This was the penultimate pour. Just a standard early 90s amber.
