Somehow veggie, minimally fruity and spicy, yeasty and hoppy aroma, hints of turnip cabbage, white pepper, apple, whiffs of soft-boiled egg. Taste is mildly bitter, again veggie and slightly fruity, minimally grassy-spicy hoppy, wheaty and oaty malty basis with subtle residual sweetness, hints of pear, apple, melon, a touch of turnip cabbage, white pepper, very weak, perfumed, citrusy undertones. Creamy texture, smooth and minimally greasy, simultaneously minimally dry palate, medium, dense, mildly prickly carbonation. Rather untypical and not the most flattering hop flavours - OK.
