Sweet-ish, chocolately, mildly roasty, dark malty and caramel malty aroma, notes of dark toffee, hints of dark chocolate, cocoa, whiffs of coffee and liquorice, hoppy overtones. Taste is sweet-ish, slightly chocolately and mildly roasty, dark malty, mildly bitter hoppy, a bitter touch of burnt caramel as well, notes of dark toffee, hints of coffee, dark chocolate, some cocoa, a touch of liquorice; very well hidden alcohol, just a very subtle warming touch in the finish. Creamy texture, smooth and soft palate, fine, soft, creamy carbonation. Quite some malt flavours, nevertheless not the most complex Baltic Porter; mild, harmonious and homogeneous - very nice.
